Born in Epsom, Ross grew up in Berkshire, attending Wellington College before heading to London to study Drama at Queen Mary University and the Central School of Speech and Drama.
After graduation Ross focussed on developing a recruitment consultancy from the ground up, building his company into a multi-million turnover business. Upon turning 30, Ross decided he had put off his dramatic aspirations for long enough and sold his business in order to focus on his true passion.
Since then, Ross has indulged his creative and dramatic side, writing several screenplays and books (the first of which, ‘The Hardcore Truth’, will be released in early 2013), MCing sporting events around the country, and performing both in films and on stage, including a highly commended pantomime run as Prince Charming in Cinderella.
